The King's Birthday

August 28, 1943 rich

Synopsis

A collaborator in Nazi-occupied Denmark starts getting mysterious mail forecasting his own death -- specifically, that he'll take his life on a date tied to the monarchy's calendar. At first dismissed as a crank's threat, the prediction starts to look uncomfortably well-informed as the day draws near.
