The series aired weekly on Sundays and 1946-11-24 is a Sunday, while 1946-11-25 is a Monday and was the ONLY non-Sunday date in all 26 episodes. Leaving it would have made the date-keyed log/spine union seat a phantom 27th episode -- the same show twice.
