Editorial Notes

• Alternate title: the Haendiges syndication log lists this broadcast as "Bird in a Gilded Cage" [haendiges]; the OTRR/held-copy title is "The Case of the Counterfeit Ten Dollar Bills" [otrr-log]. Both preserved -- neither silently preferred.
• Transcription-disc data (from the surviving disc): listed as #19 on the label, #21 on the transcription matrix [otrd]. The matrix numbers do not follow the label order -- primary evidence that the circulating set is a re-sequenced syndication package.

Production Notes

• Transcription-disc data: #19 on the label, #21 on the matrix.
